PRODUCT HANDLING:
Keep frozen, frozen unopened: 12 Months, once defrosted unopened refrigerated 30 days. Do not re-freeze. Use as a topping and filling for layer cakes, sheet cakes, cupcakes and tortes, fill donuts and pastry crème horns for tasty treats. Decorate occasional cakes.
