HANDLING:
Keep frozen. Store at - 18 °C or below. Remove case from freezer and take out the amount of cookies required. Line baking tray with baking paper or apply pan release to tray. Pan cookies on baking tray. Allow for sufficient space for cookies to double in size while baking. Defrost cookies until soft if a large diameter cookie is required, 20 to 30 minutes. Bake cookies in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 - 16 minutes.
