PRODUCT HANDLING GUIDE:
Store danish pastries at -18°C and below. Place product on lined baking tray. Allow sufficient space between to allow product to double in size while baking. Do
not mix variant products on baking tray. Allow 3 - 6 seconds steam at the beginning of bake to all FTO Danish products. Bake with damper closed. Bake for 25 -
35 minutes at 165°C - 170°C until golden brown. Remove product from the oven. Finish off with glaze, sugar syrup, icing sugar. Place on display tray and
merchandise. Baked shelf life - 1 day.
