Our sponge layers are simply baked to perfection! We lock in their spongy freshness by flash freezing them immediately after manufacturing. Sponge Layers are the quickest and most convenient way to create the perfect cake. Simply defrost and decorate.

Not suitable for people with wheat (gluten); egg; cow’s milk; soya; peanuts; tree nuts allergies
PRODUCT HANDLING GUIDE:
Keep frozen between -18°C and –23°C until ready to use. Remove required amount of sponges from the case. NB: Unwrap from plastic covering whilst frozen to avoid damaging the sponge. Return case to the freezer without delay. Once unwrapped; place desired quantity of sponge layers on rack to defrost. Defrost until soft ±20 minutes (depending on room temperature). Place sponges on decorating turntable and cover with either Rich's Whip Topping® or Bettercreme® icing and filling.
