PRODUCT HANDLING GUIDE:
Thawing: 15 min at ambient temperature. Preheat the oven to 170 ºC. Bake between 20 -22 mins at 170 - 180 ºC. These are indicative baking times and temperatures, all depending on oven. DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
