With their buttery flavour and delicious taste , our proof and bake croissants are perfect for eating plain or using as a carrier for delicious sweet or savoury fillings.

ALLERGENS:
Contains Wheat (Gluten), Eggs, Soya. Produced in a factory which uses Cow's milk, Tree Nuts and Peanuts.

PRODUCT HANDLING GUIDE:
Store at -18ºC or below. Frozen shelf life 4 months (120 days). Baked shelf life: 1 day.
Place on lined baking tray. Allow sufficient space for pastries to double in size.
Recommended temperature of the prover: 36 - 38°C, humidity: 85 - 95%. Prove pastries until they have doubled in size. Suggested proving time: Prove from frozen: 60-80 minutes. Prove from thawed: 45-60 minutes. If no Prover is available: prove at ambient(covered) for 3-4 hours. Place proved croissants in a preheated oven set to 180°C and inject steam for 10 seconds with damper closed. Bake until golden brown for approximately in oven for 12 - 18 minutes.
