Cocktail Long John Donuts are made with sweet yeast dough, Oval shaped donuts. Fried in oil and frozen for freshness. To be finished off and decorated.

PRODUCT HANDLING GUIDE:
Freezer: Store at - 18 °C or below. Frozen shelf life 9 months. Ambient shelf life 1 day. Baking: Place frozen donuts on lined baking tray. Bake in oven at 180 °C for 2-4 mins. Finishing: To finish roll in cinnamon sugar immediately after baking or allow to cool and apply icing.
